As a child, I would walk construction sites with my grandfather. He’d lay out the plans and explain each detail, and I was captivated by how a set of drawings could turn into a place where a family would live their lives. That early exposure sparked a lifelong fascination with building, and it still shapes how I think about homes today.
I’m a third-generation entrepreneur. Through our family’s ventures across real estate, hospitality, retail, and franchising, I learned the business from the inside out: the discipline of execution, the patience of long-term value, and the responsibility of building something that outlasts you.
Over the years, I’ve lived and worked across France, the UK, Japan, the Middle East, and the United States. Each chapter shaped how I think about space: the proportion and craftsmanship of European homes, the discipline and calm of Japanese design, the warmth and hospitality of Middle Eastern living. R.G. Sterling is where that perspective takes shape, in homes built with a quiet attention to light, proportion, and the way a space feels day to day.
I came to building through engineering, monetary finance, and Harvard Business School’s Owner/President Management (OPM) program. The mix shapes how I balance vision with execution, and design with lasting value.
